Eating Disorders

Adina specializes in the nutritional treatment of all types of eating disorders. She emphasizes rekindling one’s connection with the body, whether that includes weight restoration, mindfulness, or honoring hunger and fullness. She takes pride in equipping her clients with factual nutrition knowledge and helping them to fuse this information with normalized eating behaviors. She has extensive experience with clients of all ages, and offers a comprehensive, family-inclusive approach when working with children and adolescents. The recovery process can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone.

Non-Diet Approach

Not sure what a  non-diet approach is exactly? This approach rejects the rigidity and lack of control found with diets and embraces your own wisdom towards feeding your body. You don't need a diet to tell you what to eat; Adina can teach you to practice intuitive eating to achieve your health goals. By tuning into your own intuition and natural cues of hunger and fullness, you will become a mindful, empowered, and confident eater.
